Order Sensei Data Deletion

This page explains how users of Order Sensei can request deletion of data and what
data is deleted or retained.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at support@ordersensei.com with subject: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your approximate request date and, if possible, your device type (iOS/Android) to help us locate records.
- Optional immediate local deletion: in the app, go to Settings and use clear/reset options, or uninstall the app.
What We Delete
- Server-side app data we control: usage and app-operation records tied to your device identifier (where technically available).
- Temporary processing records: temporary job data associated with your app usage.
What Is Kept or Managed by Other Providers
- App Store / Play Store transaction records: managed by Apple and Google under their legal and accounting obligations.
- RevenueCat billing records: retained by RevenueCat as a payment infrastructure provider according to its retention rules.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics: may be retained when no longer linked to an identifiable user/device.
Retention Timeline
- We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
- Backup systems may take up to an additional 30 days to fully expire overwritten copies.
- Records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons may be kept only for the required period.
